Additional drawings by craftsmen are part of the process. We review and approve those submissions to meet the high quality and standards of the project.
Unforeseen challenges often occur during construction that need to be addressed by the Landscape Architect. O ur experienced decision making considers original design intent, finances and practicality.
Inspection and approval of materials supplied by Contractor, including plant and hardscape material; observation of work in progress, inspection and approval of certain work items, such as hardscape layout and plant placement.
Acknowledge satisfactory completion of construction contract by sending Contractor written notice of the acceptance of work and final payment.
Construction drawings revised to show significant changes made during the construction process, usually based on marked-up prints, drawings, and other data furnished by the Contractor to the Landscape Architect; typical drainage, irrigation, lighting, etc.
